Billing questions
When do I pay?
Only when you subscribe. The trial needs no card, so it never turns into a charge on its own.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page. Hektro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your account page. Stripe, our payment provider, handles the change.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe tries again for up to 7 days, and Hektro keeps working while you update your card. If the payment still fails, the plan ends and you can subscribe again at any time.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back, once per account. The refund policy has the details.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.
